Refillable Mugs @ SSR?

Folks,
Any word or guesses as to whether the refillable mug will be available at SSR? Will someone from the Budget Board try to buy one on Ebay and then stir up a hornet's nest by asking if they can use it on their next trip to WDW?

Since all of the other DVC resorts have them, I would suspect SSR will have them as well. Yummy.
