Refillable mugs policy change

I don't want to start another refillable debate, Really!!!

We are traveling to disney in 3 days This will be our third trip with the same couple and we have always stayed at the All Star resorts. Anyways, we have gone in March 1998 and again in Sept 2002. The mugs existed back then. When we were talking this weekend, she mentioned to me to bring my our mugs and I told her that the mugs are only suppose to be good for your length of stay. She was surprised, she said she used her mugs from the first trip on our second trip. I know that we bought new mugs are second trip b/c I have 2 sets of them. Neither one of us remember reading that they were only good for your length of stay, we always thought that they were good for a lifetime or till you lost them, broke them....

So a longer story short, when did the policy change?

I suggest a search for this very Hot topic. The policy now is that the mug is good for the length of stay at the resort you purchased the mug at. There are signs stating this in the resorts. You can always try take your old mugs back and ask a CM what they say.
