refillable mugs for non-resort guests?

We are staying off-site (Sheraton Vistana) and I have seen mention of a refillable mug for disney resort guest but not for non-resort guests....is there such a thing? I know that at other theme parks you can buy a souvenier cup and then the refills are a little cheaper every time you refill it. Does Disney have this as well? Also, can you get cups of water or your mug refilled w/water for free? Again, at other theme parks I've seen this done, but didn't know about Disney.

Sorry, Disney doesn't do this. The mugs at the resorts are good only in the resort. The only exception is at the water parks. They do have a program there where if you buy the mug the refills are free.

nope nothing like that and even the resort mugs are no good in the parks, only at the resort they were purchased at and only for that one stay.

However you can always get icewater at WDW parks for free. You just have to ask and make sure you say NOT bottled water if they ask.
