Refillable mugs at POR/POFQ

We are staying at POR. When we go swimming at POFQ, can we bring our mugs and fill while we are at the pool? What drinks do they have available at both? Any frozen slushies? TIA

sure - bring the mugs - they are the same for all resorts (well except CSR I think - never stayed there though)
