refillable Mugs at HIFS?

I did a search on this question, and although many people asked the question, I couldn't find an answer in any of the threads. Does anyone know if the HIFS has refillable mugs? And if they do, what is the cost, and what kind of drinks can you get?

When we were there in 1999 and 2000 they didn't have them but my sister was there recently and she said they sell them in the grocery store in the lobby. She couldn't remember how much they cost.

They do have them but I saw no sense in buying them when we had all you can eat breakfast AND a refrig in the room. We made a stop at a grocery store and filled it up with drinks.

I remember there were two sizes, a small and a large.
