Refillable mugs at DLR

I apologize if this question has been asked already but does DLR or any of the DL resorts have refillable mugs like WDW offers? We will be at GCH and would love to take advantage of this.

That is a great questions as they area so popular at WDW. I'm going to say they don't don't. I've never head or seen one. They don't have a similar dining plan either or one that uses mugs.

Plus a main difference between the two parks, DLR and WDW is at DLR you stay in hotels, while at WDW you stay in resorts. You don't spend a lot of time in the hotels because the parks are right there next to it. FYI, also I don't think they have hotel refillable mugs either. ;)

No refillable mugs like at WDW.

They have "souvenir" mugs, and they generally come with your first drink. But they aren't refillable like you're thinking.

Now, at the self-service places (White Water Snacks specifically), I have used a souvenir mug for coffee, but when I get up to the place to pay, I pay the exact same amount as I would have paid if I took a throwaway cup.

As others have said, unfortunately no. I think I asked everywhere last year and got the same answer. Best of luck.

I believe that DLR used to offer a refillable souvenir cup (in 2008?) but not as of last week during my trip. They offerred several souvenir cups. I have a 7 dollar frozen lemonade cup and a $5 WoC cup from this trip, both with the bendy straws like a slurpy cup.

I disagree. I stayed at Disneyland Hotel in 2006-2007 and got a refillable mug (that I still use for coffee at home) and it looks exactly like the ones at WDW and has a picture of the "fab five" on it, and says Disneyland Hotel. I purchased it at the coffee shop at the hotel (behind the sorcerer's hat) and every morning we brought our cups there and had them refilled with coffee or tea, and grabbed a quick muffin or roll and enjoyed our walk through Downtown Disney. The only problem was that we had to keep the mug with us once we got to the parks. So we carried larger bags. Now, I don't know if they are still there but I certainly used one.

In the past we were able to use a refillable mug bought at Whitewater Snacks. But in our last few trips I noticed they have stopped doing this.

If they were ever refillable, I think that has been fazed out. I got one at WWS about 2,3? years ago (looks the same as my WL mug from when they were specific to resort at WDW, except white). It included the drink I purchased of course, but not refillable, I was told. They had a lot of them on display and I was wondering then if they were being cleared out. I didn't see any on our last trip.

:)They used to have refillable ones at WWS, but they discontinued them about 4 years ago. When we were planning our trip during DLR's 50th anniversary, they still had them and we planned on getting them during our trip. They discontinued them that year, so we weren't able to get them.
