Refillable Mugs at BWV

Hi, I was just wondering a couple things. We have the quick service dinning plan and are staying at Disneys BWV. Does that plan include a refillable mug? Also I know there is no food court like the Value resorts, so is there a place to refill them on the resort property?

I was in the ice cream shop this week and they had the mugs. The sign listed about 5 places where you could get refills. I know one is the bakery but they do not have self serve. You show the mug and they give you a drink in a cup. I think this is because of health dept regulations against taking a used mug behind the counter. I think it's too "public" for a self serve. People would get refills with paper cups or mugs they brought.
