For those that want a paper cup to go from the resort food court how do you present it to the cashier? Do you just fill a paper cup with your beverage but show the cm your refillable mug as well? Or do you fill your mug then pour it into a paper cup past the cashier?

I am not sure if they will give you a paper cup to use instead of the refillable mug you can show them....because then you walk away with two fillable chipped cups. Maybe the real question is, do they have non-chipped to-go cups that you can dump your mug contents in when you want to leave the resort drink-in-hand without carrying your mug. If I wanted to be sure I could do this, I would bring my own disposable cups just to avoid worrying about it. Some rooms have to-go coffee cups with the coffee makers, but they are probably pretty small.

I doubt they are going to let you just have a paper cup when you already have the mug without paying for said cup. Otherwise you can now get two drinks for the price of the mug. That makes no sense at all.

I've read here that they do allow it. It does make sense for people who want to bring a beverage to the parks but not carry their mug around all day.

Tell them you want a cup for water. It won't have a chip in it. Of course it's smaller.

Bring your own. They don't weigh much or take up much room in a suitcase.
