Refillable Mug w/CS Plan..

Ok so we have the CS plan for or upcoming trip and we get the Mug that we can keep refilling at our resort. My question is the fountain for drinks accessible 24/7 or only when the CS place (Pop Century's in my case) is serving food. I'm trying to figure out what to bring with me or pick up after I get to Orlando...

I believe the food court is open from 6am - midnight. When the food court is open you can get refills.

I do not believe that the mugs come with the meal plan. The mugs are usually sold seperately for around $12.00 and are good for unlimited refills of soft and hot drinks.

It comes with the Quick Service plan..

It comes with all the dining plans except for one. I'm not sure what the thinking is on that, but that's the current policy. The counter service plan comes with mugs and the deluxe dining plans come with mugs, but the plan that includes one ts, one counter svc, and one snack does NOT.
