Refillable mug question

This will be the first time that we will be receiving the refillable mugs with our package's (Split Stay). So my question is do you have to go the register first and then refill your mug or do you go straight to the soda machine? TIA.

You get them at the register and they'll run it through on your KTTW, then you can go and fill up!

Yup, once you've initially "purchased" it, you can head straight to the soda machine! Enjoy your beloved GF!!!

When you first purchase the mug there is a plastic tag on it that they remove once you buy it. Once that is removed they know that it is paid for and you can fill your mug to your hearts content after that

Be sure to use the "hot" water spout to rinse it out. The water is HOT and it does take that plastic taste out.

We are so looking forward to returning to the GF. Our last stay there was 2008 and even though there is construction, we really can't wait.

From what I understand no you can't. We have two packages and this gets us new mugs for our second reservation.

You are supposed to get new refillable mugs at the second hotel of a split stay, either by having a dining plan, or by purchasing the refillable mug outright. You could ask a hotel employee about using your first set of mugs and see what they say. No one on these boards is supposed to comment on going around Disney rules.

That's funny as my mother used to call my rottie her granddog also before we had our DS16.

Thanks so much. I do think this is a really cool breed as well. So smart with very little training. My female is very independent and my male is such a cuddly bear. Same breed but so different.
