Ya they definately do not let you swap them out for new ones, but we just got back from all star movies and they had a sink by the pop machines where you could rinse and wash out your mug. we just did this each time and it worked well for us.
Before our trip, I buy a couple of sponges and cut them into pieces. I squeeze Dawn onto each piece and put them into a sandwich bag. Each day I use a sponge piece to wash the mugs.
My family and I always poor the hot water they have by the coffee machines into our mugs and clean them like that. I also know some counter service locations like Captin Cook's at the Polynesian have a mug cleaning station you can use.

I took a small bottle of dishwashing liquid our last two trips, because of having baby bottles to wash also. The first trip I took those washcloths loaded with soap you can toss. Worked great!

I am bringing one of those things with the sponge on the end that you fill with dishwashing detergent. I am going to seal it with my food saver so that it won't leak everywhere. I have sippy cups to wash too.

I use a small medicine bottle and put dish soap in it. I also bring a dish cloth and towel but a wash cloth and hand towel could be used from the room.

That's the same thing I do. And I don't mean even a small bottle of Dawn. I use a small refillable toiletries bottle that I picked from Target near the trial size toiletries. It may hold an ounce or two but it is always plenty for cleaning out mugs for a 10 day trip.
what i think i am going to do, because i am lazy, is just put large ziploc bags inside the cups to act as liners, and then throw them away at the end of the day.
We never had any problems, just rinsed ours out after we were done and rinsed at the sinks next to the soda machines before we filled up. However none of us drink hot drinks so they didn't get all yucky either. Plus we always use straws.
I have my dish soap already packed and in the appropriate size container I will check out the washing station at the food court but at night I will wash all of our mugs I really don't want my iced tea tasting like coffee
