Refillable Mug & Different Locations

Are the mugs all the same at all hotels now? If so, do they let you refill at one hotel if you are staying at another? Sorry if this has been asked a million times.

Last time I was there it is just the hotels you are staying at, kinda makes sence to me

But to answer, WDW policy states you only refill at the resort you are staying at.
