Refillable Cups

This is my first post! I have two cups from Universal that I got in the parks about 3 years ago. One is a Jimmy Neutron holographic cup from Universal Studios and the other is a Spiderman holographic cup for IOA. They are cups not mugs, but I remember getting the cheap refills in them when I was there a few years ago. Does anyone know if they will still refill them for cheap?
