Refill Mugs

Does OKW offer refillable mugs? If so, where can you refill them? Are they refillable at the Turtle Pond Arcade?

Last time we stayed they did have refillable mugs. However, refills were not free.

They tested "no charge" refillable mugs this summer at OKW.They had LOS mugs with Lilo and Stitch and 4th of July Holiday mugs.VB also had the Lilo and Stitch LOS mugs this summer.
