Any good rates with low fees out there right now?

I was quoted 4.75% 0 points 30 yr fixed on 4/17. We're closing on Thursday.

Fees vary GREATLY, but our refi was through Sun Trust. 15 yr was 4 1/3-ish.

Per our mortgage broker: You need at least a 700 credit score to get anything good now, but to get the best you need over 740.

We closed earlier this month..........4.75% for a 15 year mortgage.......we changed from a 30 to a 15 for only $80 more a month......... sweet!!
