Referring a friend

How do I refer a friend to DVC? I didn't see anything on the member site.

Also, are there any incentives for the person who refers?

When the friend calls up DVC, just have them list you as the referral.

Inventives depend upon the state you live in...some states do not allow referral bonuses... you would have to check with member services to find out.

In my case, I listed a co-worker on my purchase documents and he ended up with $200 in Disney Dollars since Massachusetts allows bonus referrals.

Have the friend give your name to the Guide when they make the arrangements.

Disney does offer some incentive bonuses to the referring members, BUT you may or may not get them, depending on the state in which you live.

I recommended a coworker, and they bought in at Saratoga. I got a letter from Disney saying 'thanks', but since I lived in Tennessee, I could not receive the incentive reward.

I live in New York City and had referred my sister to my guide....she bought and I received $200 in Disney dollars - very much to my pleasure! especially as I wasn't expecting anything.....
