Can Canadians receive the referral bonus of $200.00? More specifically, us in Ontario?

All timeshares reward owners that provide referrals. Some companies do this strictly on the referral, others only reward when the referred party purchases.

DVC rewards a $200.00 referral bonus id Disney Dollars or into your DVC account, but is only available in some states due to state laws.

Are Ontario owners able to receive these bonuses?
