Reef Fanning Flip Flops - Any Problems Going Through Aiport Security With Them?

I just bought a pair of Reef Fanning flip flops and was wondering if any of you had any problems going through airport security with them because of the bottle opener? For those of you unfamiliar with the Reef Fannings, there is a bottle opener at the bottom of the sole. Thanks in advance.

I would take it off before you get to the airport just to be safe.Dont think they will let you on the airplane

I have never had a problem with mine and I've been through three airports with them on (STL, PHL, and PHX) without issue, they are going through the x-ray machine regardless. So I would not worry about it.
