Redweek Feedback?

I found a good deal on redweek for but I was curious how it works.

I know I have to sign up for $19. But for reservations that say PayPal or Zelle. What is the process?

Do you submit a request, wait for approval, then send the payment outside of Redweek? Or do you pay immediately at booking?
