"Redirect" ad, possibly phishing

Was reading a thread, when suddenly the page was replaced with one that just says "Click "Allow" to confirm you are not a robot" with a popup that looks like the Google anti-robot popup. The browser was redirect to this page with the URL (broken to prevent link): https: // cspt26ohubcc73fsqifg.securedjointnetwork.co.in/01/?cid=ef8338120637c2bfca91&list=2&extclickid=173144911410005TUSTV429074493894V2b785&t1=5301391-219140800-0&t2=23862010&tsid=77&clickid=cspt26ohubcc73fsqifg&domain=traffictopflow.com&lp_key=17314fa95b8d190f370cee083566725bf055b49415&scenario=2&img=1#

It also redirected several times to itself to prevent being able to go back to the original page.
