Redeeming Disney Visa rewards

Hi,

I planned to use our Disney Visa rewards in the WDW parks for food and souvenirs. On the Disney Visa site it looks like only a few restaurants and stores in the parks will accept the rewards. Is this true? I thought the rewards could be redeemed for almost anything Disney. Please advise.

They are very easy to use. Basically any place that accepts a credit or debit card will take the Disney Rewards card.

I give them my disney rewards card when I check in & have them apply the credit to my room, then we just charge everything back to the room. We find it much easier.

When we used ours in May, the only place that didn't take them were The Rainforest Cafe', they said they couldn't accept it in the resturant, but I could use it in the Gift shop portion. But I think giving your rewards card number at check-in and use them that way. Because Rainforest Cafe' does accept the room charge there. Good luck and have a great trip!
