Redeeming Disney Rewards - Visa

I have been accumulating my rewards dollars and we leave in 3 weeks for DW.
I would assume if you request a gift card they need to mail it to you. Does anyone have experience with this? How long can I expect it to take to receive it?

You can get one at guest services at Disney. We got ours at DTD guest services last year and then called. We wanted to wait until the statement ended since it was in the middle of the trip. So no need to wait for it to be mailed.

We used the same card again this year and just called once the statement ended since it was in the middle of our trip again.

When you order one for the first time, they will tell you to allow 2-3 weeks but in my experience, it has always come anywhere from 1 week to 10 days and has never taken longer than 10. I am not 100% sure, but I also thought I read somewhere that you can get a rewards card on WDW property at one of the guest services locations.

I got mine on Monday at Guest Services at DTD. It was so quick and easy!!
