redeem photopass plus at stroller rental

Does anyone know if you can still redeem your PhotoPass Plus voucher at the stroller rental location outside the parks, like you could in Sept. when the Main Street photo place was closed?

I would love to be able to do this the night we arrive, so I don't have to waste precious park time our first morning in the park.

When we were there on 9/30 you could no longer activate it at the stroller rental because the Photoshop on Main Street was open. I stopped at the stroller rental because I didn't know it had reopened.

I have obtained the regular Photopass card they give everyone and had it entered onto my Photopass + account. It works, but, I am not sure how it would work if you had a ride photo.
