I went to a redbox location with the BREAKROOM code in hand (they emailed it to me). I keyed in the code, chose my movie, and it said it was dispensing the movie. The machine evidentally had a problem because it then said it couldn't dispense, I wouldn't be charged for it, and to visit another location. so I drive further to another machine, key in the BREAKROOM code and it says "code already used". So, now I'm irritated, but I came equipped with another code they sent me when I signed up on their website (K5.....) which I've never used. It said "invalid code". Twice in one day....I ended up paying for the movie (which isn't much since it's only $1.07) but it's the idea. That was so frustrating.
Worked for us and we had a lot of credit cards.
Not all cc's are used but we have too many of them. Anyway, contact RB and let them know about your problems, they should be able to reactivate the code for you.
