(DW calls front desk)

DW: Good morning. My underwear is in the tree and I can't get it down.
CM: I'm sorry maam could you repeat that.
DW: Yes. My underwear is in the tree and I can't get it down.
CM: Could you hold please?
CM aside to the other CMs at the front desk)
CM: She says her underwear is in the tree and she can't get it down.
(suppressed snickering all around)
Other CM: Tell her we will send someone over.
First CM: We will send somebody right over to try and get your underwear down.
DW: Thank you.

Unrelated, but I used to run a convention of about 3000 guest. There were 600 hotel rooms.

Average number of calls to hotel security each year because someone needed help with handcuffs - 2.

Hmmmmm. Maybe there's a new DIS tradition in here somewhere. When we stay at SSR this June, I'll make sure to purchase and bring a lime green thong and toss it in a tree.
