Be careful - I got flame-toasted roasted on the CB for pointing out how many calories were in something recently. People don't like to be told that some food items, while they may be tasty, are not good for them.
Sometimes it isn't the information, it's the delivery.
The problem comes in when they Managing Partner looks at the numbers and sees that we are short say 26 cases (with about 40 loaves each). There is no profit in the bread so of course he will be getting a phone call from HIS boss to correct the issue if it continues.

Sometimes they are a bit stingy with it but I think it's from them just not wanting to throw away uneaten biscuits. I try to limit myself though as it's easy to get carried away (amazing how "I'll just have one" turns into 4
).
's RL biscuits!!

....but heck, I was a teenager and did what I was told.
I do not see this as an issue of being cheap? They will serve you more biscuits if you ask for them.
