Red-eye reduction software

Need some help!

Just purchases a Nikon Coolpix digital camera…can anyone recommend a software editing program? Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition 3.0 came with the computer two years ago but I would think software created since then will be user-friendlier…can you recommend any? Thanks

Paint Shop Pro 8 is available for a free 30 day trial. I have been using PSP for years and love it!
