Red Cross phone bank experience

Over the last couple of days I spent some time working the Red Cross phone banks taking donations. I just wanted to tell you what a great experience this has been. It is so rewarding speaking with people (many elderly) who are doing what they can to help out whether it's $5 or $10, or $100s or $1000s. This is certainly the silver lining in this awful mess.

I work for a company that may start taking calls. It may be calls from victims that need to file information. I think it will be very sad but also very rewarding.
