Recvd printout of all my ADRs

It was nice to have all my resturant confirmation numbers and names of all the guests and ADR times on one sheet. I hope that it is a regular thing they start for ppl who book packages..

That would be great to have. I have all of mine written down in one place, but I'd like to have something a little more "official."

At one point I had asked if they could send me something like that and I was told, "No, they couldn't do that."

Lucky you - that must be a handy list!

It would be nice if they sent it to you ahead of time, but I did get a print out from guest services at POFQ when we there in December.

We also have a Grand Gathering booked for August. I would love to receive a printout of our ADRs! Yet nothing yet.

You were right, bluejasmine. Magical/Grand Gatherings do receive a printout of their ADRs via "snail mail." Well, to quote the CM I spoke with "if things are done correctly you will receive the print out." I had to call last night and while on the phone i asked about this. For a Magical/Grand Gathering you receive a printout 21 days prior to arrival. Yet like she said (with a chuckle) that is "if things are done correctly."

Im arriving Aug 25 for 5 days.. So the CM you spoke to couldnt just hit a button and have a list sent? I didnt ask for mine so it was a nice suprise. Did you speak to dining or just the magical gatherings CM?

You are arriving the 25th? Hmmm...this is well before the "21 day mark" for you that the CM I spoke with said the ADR printouts go out. (We are arriving the 27th) I spoke with a Grand Gathering Dining CM. We had so many confusing conversations with Disney and so many many mistakes made by CMs just booking our Grand Gathering...just keeping our fingers crossed that all willl go well when we actualy arrive. The CM did read off of all of our ADRS without me having to ask her to do so-even had our "non dining" ressies listed?!) so knock on wood-all will be ok with or without a printout of the ADRs-but it would be cool to have!

Maybe it depends on if you made your Dining reservations through Grand Gatherings or the regular Dining people. We have a grand gathering in July and September and haven't gotten a printout for either but then we made our ADR's by just calling the regular dining number.

You know I believe your right..See I had to add a person to our package and that adding that person made it a magical gathering so they transfered me to a Magical Gathering CM and then I asked about adding this person to all our ADRs so I bet that when she printed and mailed out that print out..She was great and very helpful Im sorry I cant remember her name but I know Ive spoken to her before for some of our past ressies, her voice was very familiar..lol
