After seeing Pete's thread on the pricing for the London/Paris ABD trip, Bill and I are in debate over which limb to give up. We knew it was going to be expensive. But ...

It is a rainy gloomy day here near Dallas, Texas. But still, Cole (DS5) and I just got back from voting!

Not here. Even with the weather being bad, I had to wait in a pretty long line to vote. People ARE turning out for the elections this year. It was nice to see the young and old alike in line.

That would be a neat trick if you could train Max (the dog) to fetch for snacks. I remember seeing on the news many years ago about a man who used to put money in his dogs collar and the dog would run to the store to pick-up his cigs (the store clerk knew who it was for). It was funny to see.

I am "over" the political ads too. Will there ever be an election where there isn't a negative ad on tv? Don't the candidates endorsing the negative ads know it makes THEM look bad too?!?!?! How about you focus on what YOU can do or change and not what the other guy did or didn't do. I know it will never change, that IS politics. It just stinks IMO!

On to more "happy" things ... I can't wait to hear the Podcast! I love me some Disney talk! You guys make the time between our Disney trips bearable. If we can't live close to "The World", at least we can live vicariously through y'all.

Election season is when DVR really becomes a value. I can't stand the political commercials and just FF right over them. They have gone beyond ridiculous. Who even pays attention to them?

I'm just back from voting and it seemed to me like there were less people out than last year, I usually go about the same time and if I remember correctly there was a longer line last time I voted. I'll be glued to CNN and Anderson Cooper all night for results.
