I have been happy with the process until [/COLOR]waiting for pts to be loaded!!!
-- 6/17/14 sent to Disney ROFR
-- 7/15/14 received notice that it passed ROFR
-- 8/1/14 received closing documents.
-- 8/1/14 returned $ and documents
-- 8/12/14 closing company has forwarded a copy of the recorded
deed to DVC with the request that they complete the transfer in their*system
-- 8/13/14 recorded with Orange County
-- 8/27/14 Contract shows on DVC site.
-- 8/28 Talked to member services shell there only
-- 9/7 Talked to member services again & was told I bought re-sale and it takes longer to load them.
that is awful.
Patience is not one of my finer qualities. Purchasing resale is an exercise in patience, I've done it once and I'm in the early stages of my second purchase. I do it every once in a while just to test my patience.
You can see the finish line!!
We are in the same boat. Can't wait to see our resale contract show up on the DVC site.
REcieved our packet from DVC member services but points still not loaded.
On the topic of timelines, how come some people receive their closing documents in 4-6 days and other take 15 days or more? I received notification that I passed ROFR on 8/25 and I'm still waiting for closing documents but I've seen posts saying people received their docs in 6 days. Is it just the title company?
