Recommended Travel Agent?

Please remember that it is against board guidelines to self-promote if you are TA. Any posts (like the one I just had to delete) that solicits will be deleted and be given an infraction.

Thats a good move. DL is very fair on this board with mentions and recommendations of other TA's. But blatant self promotion...No No

I used Dreams Unlimited to book our August Cruise on the Dream. We are thinking of trying out The Allure or Oasis of the Seas next year. Can anyone recommend a travel agent for Royal Caribbean for a quote. I see RC on Dreams Unlimited's website but nowhere to request a quote

I use Dreams for my Disney Cruise vacations.:goodvibes With that said, they did not offer any on board credit for Royal Caribbean at the time I booked my cruise. From my understanding, most Travel agents can not be mentioned on the Dis. So your best bet is to do a google search for on board credit and Royal Caribbean. I found a highly rated Web based agency that offered me a very nice OBC for my next cruise and I've spoken to my agent on the phone several times and am very happy with them so far.

I guess I'm kind of jumping to conclusions that you'd mostly be interested in OBC.:cool2: But either way a google search should help you out.:thumbsup2

Thanks Ron, I figured I could easily google it, but there is nothing like recommendations from people who have had experiences with different TA's (good and bad)

Actually, the bolded statement is not quite right...to the contrary, this board allows MANY TA's to be named. The only thing the board asks is no soliciting or self promotion and that any TA website or agency name that is posted uses the full url of that agency. If it comes up with ************* that means the TA name is in our board filter. If it doesn't come up with ******** the agency can be posted.

Any creative ways to get around the board filter is a no no.

Thanks for the clarification MJ. I used http://www.bestpricecruises.com for my upcoming RCCL cruise. However, I highly recommend Dreams Unlimited for DCL and Disney vacations!:goodvibes
