Recommended Full Hookup Loops

We're headed to FW for a week in a couple days. Usually we stay in the 1400 loop, but we couldn't get a preferred site this time. I don't know how much of a choice we'll get, since I'm sure FW is packed at Easter time, but just in case, does anyone have any recommendations for full hookup loops? We have a loooong trailer with slideouts, and what we like about the 1400 loop is its proximity to everything (close to campfire and pool, easy walk to Pioneer Hall). Thanks!

We stayed in 1300 loop last month and really liked it. We were in site 1321 which was right across from the playground behind the pool, just across the canal. We also had a clear view of the pool. The majority of the loop was full of long stay/retirees and as such the loop was very quiet and had lots of decorations. We had a 30 second jaunt along the canal to get to the Trading Post and the bridge to get to campfire. Very convenient!

While we had a very enjoyable stay in this loop, we said to ourselves that if we ever came when it was warmer we would not like that site. We heard noise from the pool only one night and it certainly wasn't enough to disturb us greatly, but when the pool is busier at night I sure would not be happy in that spot. We plan to ask for this loop in the future, just on the inside area again so we are not backing onto the road with the buses going by.

We biked through all the loops and chose 1400 as our preference for a preferred loop if we went that route. Glad to hear you like it. I think you would be happy with 1300 for a full hook up.

We stayed in the 1000 loop last May and really liked it. I thought that I would hate it since it we had to cross the main road to get to the trading post, etc. (had an 9yo, 5yo, 3yo) but it wasn't that bad (even with the 3 YO!) It was very convenient and quiet.

It was a camping only trip for us that time so we spent the entire time in FW and walked, biked everywhere and would be happy with that loop again for full hook up. BUT, 1400 is our pick for preferred!

We have stayed in the 800 loop several times when we got a much bigger discount (full hookup) than the 1400 loop (preferred). It is just behind the 1400 loop and is the same distance from things. It is also a little closer to walk to the marina. We have a 33 foot motorhome and have not had a problem getting into the sites.
