Recommendations Please

We're planning a trip to WDW in May '08 and I'm stumped about which restaurants are good at certain parks. I have 2 DD's who will be ages 5 and 3 at the time of our trip. My oldest DD is a very picky eater. With that in mind, can I get some recommendations for restaurants at AK and MK? (Non character please). What are some places you never miss when you go to these parks? Thanks in advance for your help!

There isn't much at AK, at MK we like the Plaza. For counter service the best is Columbia Harbor House.

Our kids were 4 & 5 last trip. They are not super picky but they do enjoy typical kids fare.

AK: You might want to try Restaurantaurus (sp?) in Dinoland @ AK. The service was crazy slow, but they serve McDonalds chicken nuggets Happy Meals. Both my kids appreciated the familiarity mid-vacation. We always eat at the Flame Tree. Both my kids enjoyed their hot dogs & frozen lemonades while DH & I had our BBQ & a Safari Amber And we always stop at the little stand outside the safari for my daughters daily request for fruit.
MK: We always have one lunch at Casey's. We all love the hot dogs & fries. We also enjoy Pecos Bills. Decent burgers with toppings for us and chicken nuggets for the kids. My son loves dipping his fries in the cheese sauce.

CP at MK is good.

I love Boma and the San Angel Inn. For picky eaters, Boma is great. Your kids would probably dig 'ohana as well. Chefs de France and Le Cellier are solid choices for Epcot. At MK, try the Crystal Palace. At DAK, I would stick to the best Counter Service at WDW at the Flame Tree BBQ

Great! Flame Tree BBQ, Liberty Tree Tavern, and Columbia Harbor House are definately on the list. Thanks so much for all of your input (Especially the Safari Amber Ale suggestion!!! ) Have to make ADR's!!! Still open to suggestions though....
