We are going in December for my sister's birthday and she has always wanted something delivered to our room. I'd like to order something that can be delivered to our room with some fun treats and gifts. Who have you used? And how was the pricing?

I haven't used anything yet, but I want to! I want to have a surprise waiting for my fiance when we get to our honeymoon. I'm planning on using the standard Disney Floral and Gifts. There's a water bottle there that I haven't found anywhere else and I really like it. Seems pretty pricey, to be honest, but I know he's going to be so surprised so for me it's worth it.

But, for both of you, nothing will be IN your Room on checkin.

We've also used Disney Floral. I've ordered a few things over the last year, including an in room celebration (Halloween). The in room celebration was kind of pricey, but it was well worth it to see my 6 yo niece's face light up upon entering the room and seeing all the Halloween stuff arranged/lit up around the room.

Yes! Thank you. I forgot to clarify that. They can't deliver something until you already have your room. I'm hoping to have something delivered on our second day. Anything he finds inside the room will make my fiance as excited as a kid at, well, Disneyland. But because of this I'm thinking we won't get the bride and groom ears, because I don't think he'll wait through our whole first day before buying them in a park.

Question - can they have the ears at check in? We're going next September for my parents' 50th anniversary, and I'd love to surprise them with the bride and groom ears at check in, if posisble.

My personal experiences with a few Disney F&G orders is that they won’t do anything for arrival day, no way no how. But every time I’ve posted that I’m told I’m wrong, so I’ve always been a bit confused on it myself as it doesn’t match my personal efforts. So I guess YMMV. :confused3

Doesn't match my personal efforts either. Always, always told no go for check in day.

We've ordered a bunch of times from Disney F&G and our experience was also that they don't do the in-room experiences on check in day.

I did however order something from Disney F&G that didn't need to be left in room (ie. a gift basket with no in room elements) which we were allowed to order for check in day if we were willing to pick it from the front desk. I did have to call and speak to a live human to do that one though... (and that was about 3 years ago so it may have changed since then.)
