Recommendations for transport between Amtrak in Orlando and Port Canaveral?

We need a shuttle or car service from the Amtrak to PC for our cruise, and then back a week later. Anyone used one they can recommend? Cocoa Beach Shuttle gave us a round trip quote of $222.00 plus tip. We used them back in April when cruising NCL and they were fine.

We'll originally rent a car to use while in Disney, then drive it back to where we rented it ... I've heard one-way car rental fees are ridiculous so I'm not even going there.

We just did a one way grand caravan minivan last minute for Nov 3 to 4 p/u at a hotel over near DTD from Enterprise returned to Port Canaveral for $80.30 total except we don't but their ins as our ins covers rentals & we also get coverage thru our credit card. That was cheaper than 3 $35 transfers I paid on the way back. But coming back we didn't have time to deal with returning a rental since we were only staying one night post cruise.
Shopping ahead of time I have snapped up one way rentals in the $60 range! just have to keep looking and calling, I've never been able to book a one way rental over the net myself. and keep having the agent try discount codes. worth the work though!
