Recommendations for rental companies

We are wanting to rent a pool home near Disney. We have been looking
on VRBO but would also consider dealing with a vacation rental company.
With so many vacation rental companies in the area, it's hard
to know who to rent from. I would appreciate any recommendations
or warnings of rental companies anyone might have. Also, do some
rental companies have better rates than others?

We just booked a vacation home for June with Oasis Vacation Homes. We were able to get the pricing and then book right online. We have never used them before, but I have seen them mentioned favorably on these boards before. After we booked, we received some automated replies and then also some personal replies. So far, I have been very pleased with them.

We usually rent from Florida Sun Vacation Homes since they offer a 15% discount on stays of 7 nights or longer, and our trips are usually 8-10 days.

Those are the ones I'd use if we did go that route but we usually rent directly from owners on vrbo, homeaway etc.
