Our party will be 5 adults and my one year old.
We were thinking Mickeys Backyard BBQ but I was wondering if I'm forgetting something better????

Any suggestions on where I should take my family for my One Year Old's Birthday?
Price is no object really.

Thanks in advance. :bride:

That sounds fun! DS LOVED CP when we went in May...he was 8 months at the time. I think anywhere with characters is a great option.

If your child likes the characters....young may mean that he will be afraid......but pooh bear, Eeyore, Tigger and piglet are at Crystal Palace and more low key........we loved the buffet and the place is just wonderful

I also vote for Crystal Palace, the pooh characters would be great! :thumbsup2

I say this cause my oldes DS was scared to death of Goofy when he was young, thought he looked like The Big Bad Wolf :goodvibes

We are celebrating my DD's first birthday on halloween. We currently have ADR at 1900 Park Fare, but her 2 cousins (boys 6 and 9) will be with and I am thinking that they may find it a little too girlie! I am also trying to figure out where else we could go, Crystal Palace is not an option since it is booked. Any other ideas?

I would skip Backyard BBQ. The character spend almost all of there time dancing, which is a total blast. However it can tend to get a bit rowdy (unlimited beer and wine) plus sometimes smaller kids yet pushed around. If your looking for a character meal I would say chef mickeys, garden grill, norway, or park fare depending on your babys favorite characters! Hope this helps!

We celebrated my dd's 1st b-day with breakfast at Cinderella's castle & dinner at Chef Mickey's. We had a great experience at both. It was just me, her, DH & her 2 brothers. She was too young to understand but great memories for us.

Just be prepared little kids are scared of big characters. I would say CP Winnie the pooh and friends might just be the right choice. Someone said to me one time that took their little one, " we know it is a person in a costume but to little kids it is nothing but a BIG bad thing/mouse" not in those exact words but you get the idea have fun with your one year old, enjoy him, the years go by fast:)

How many are in your party for halloween? I booked Crystal Palace for that night and will most likely not be using the reservation.
Let me know how many and maybe I can give it to you for her birthday.
