Recommendations for Marathon Weekend resort

I will be running in my first half marathon in January at Disney. What a place to run your first long race! It's just me and my wife and she will be out there cheering me on. Since we don't have kids, our favorite parks are Epcot (love strolling through the countries and sampling beer...and I'm betting they'll be tasting really good after the half) and Hollywood Studios. We're only going to be there for 4 nights (arriving 1/10 and departing 1/14). We typically like to get to the parks in the morning, then head back to the resort for a bit and have lunch and relax, then head back out in the evenings to another park or Downtown Disney. I don't want a value resort because I'd like to stay at a place that has a bar that I could stop in at after the park closes to have a drink or two. I would prefer a moderate or one of the less expensive deluxe resorts. Where would you stay based on these criteria?
