Recommendations for in or around Seaworld?

Can anyone recommend a good restaurant either in or around Seaworld?

Table service, but nothing too fancy. Something similar to a TGI Fridays in level of quality (we're not gourmets) is what we're looking for.

Another preference would be that it wasn't a national chain. Something unique or regional.

We are headed to Sea World over the Labor Day holiday and we are going to try the Shark Grill restuarant there, I spoke w/ someone at Sea World yesterday and they said the entrees run $12-$16. He also said you can't make Priority Seating until the day of your visit and he suggested that while the restuarant is open 12-6 to be at the restuarant at 10 and they can make your PS then. We are also going to eat at Ohana's one night so I can get a Disney "fix", we are doing a late dinner so that we can watch WISHES! from Ohana's

I reccommend you stay away from the hot dogs at Shamu Stadium. Unless you'd enjoy a nasty ice cold hot dog in a bun hard enough to hurt someone with!

My girls love going to Sea World, but the food really leaves a lot to be desired. Even after they added the waterfront section!

Our strategy is to just have a good breakfast at the hotel, have a simple lunch at SW and then eat a nice dinner back at the hotel. This year, I already made ADRs for Boatwrights for the day we go to SW.

One positive thing: Shamu bars are awesom. They are just like Mickey bars but obvioulsy in the shape of Shamu. We get one every trip.

We love going to Race Rock, the food is very good and if your family is a car junkie this is a great place to go! You can see it right from I4

We recently tried the BBQ place..do not know name..and we found it to be very tasty. Only downfall is that it is outside with covered areas.

International Boulevard has everthing to choose from TGIF, Olive Garden, and alot of other chain restaraunts. We ate at a place called Amigos that wa pretty good, it is Mexican food. Good food, big servings, alot to choose from and a good price. The kids loved it also.

On International Drive there are a ton of hotels and one of my favorites is Race Rock.... its great. There is a big monster truck on the outside and has ton of picture oppurtunitys on the inside. Memborblila everywhere.... The food is also along the lines of Fridays, Tuesdays and Red Robin. Great service too and its not expensive.

I agree I wasn't impressed with the menus at Seaworld We will eat breakfast before we go and try to find something there for supper and lunchas we are carless!!and can't go off site Kids like Pizza, Hamburgers Mac & Cheese ( remember him) Except for me no one is lets say adventourous so chinese, oriental and seafood are out but mexican is O>K> Any tips please DIS ers??

do you have a Steak and Ale near you? there's one right next to Bennigan's outside of SW.

We had a fabulous meal at Tony Roma's on I-Drive in 2004 (our last trip).

I really want to try Sharks Underwater Grill in Sea World on our upcoming trip, though!

If you are prepared to go to I-Drive then Chilli's near Wet 'n' Wild gets my vote for food & price
