Recommendations for hotels close to Disney?

We are planning a last minute trip and have found our budget would be roomier with off site accommodations. So we are looking for somewhere that isn't too expensive (we would prefer $100 and under per night but have wiggle room in the budget), is comfortable, spacious and close to Disney. We are not too familiar with off site and aren't sure if something with a kitchenette or kitchen for having breakfast in the room in the mornings is doable at that price point, but it would be nice!

I would look on Homeaway and trip advisor for homes in Windsor hills, windsor palms, paradise palms, emerald island, and encantada. You can easily find a townhome or condo for your budget. All of those resorts are gated and they are the closest to Disney.

The reason I suggest Homeaway and Trip Advisor is that you can search by community on those sites so you don't have to wade through 2000 listings in other communities.

You can generally get the 1 bedroom suites at Caribe and Buena Vista Suites for around $100 per night, and BVS includes breakfast at that rate. They are right on World Drive, so very short drive from the parks.
