Recommendations for a standard BC room?

I've seen the floorplans on disneyzone.net, and I guess I'm just having an off day because they're a little overwhelming to me. Can anyone recommend an area or specific room # that meets the following (and yes, I know there are no room request guarantees):

*nice view (doesn't matter if it's trees, gardens, pools, waterways, EPCOT) - just not parking lots or dumpsters

*king-size bed (it's just me & DH)

*full-size balcony (which reminds me I wanted to ask: are the patios on the first floor separated? or are they more like an outdoor walkway?)

*if not on the first floor, close to an elevator (I've heard the hallways can be confusing)

If we can't have all of these, no biggie. Just wanted to ask around to see if it'd be possible. I also can't decide if I'd rather have a room closer to bus stops, the lobby, or EPCOT...anyone have any preferences out of these 3? I know - I shouldn't be so picky or worried about the room & I should just be happy we're staying at the BC for the first time (especially since we've only ever stayed at the Value resorts-thank you, 40% off PIN code!). Right now, I'm just so psyched and in full I-wanna-plan-everything-mode! It'll pass the time better for me if I "think" I'm planning something! :hyper: Thanks, everyone!
