I cannot help you with the suite question. But, if you go to the resort board I'm sure many people can help. What I can do is tell you what my boys (7.5 & 3.5) love to do while at WDW. Their absolute all time favorite ride is Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin at MK. We go on this over and over and over. There is no height requirement and if fast pass is available we use it. You sit in a "car" and shoot lasers at targets and esp. Zurg to rack up points. There is a website somewhere that gives you the best targets to hit to get the highest points. I always keep my finger on the trigger and do not let up. Basically, my sons like any ride they are tall enough to get on. Little one cries though when he's not tall enough and big one is. But, Disney has these great certificates that the CM turning the little one's away can give them. Basically it says when you are tall enough come back and we'll take you to the front of the line. My little one loved getting those and is proudly saving them for when he can use them. Disney's rides, especially at MK, are more about the magic than the thrill or scare. Though you'll have to decide for yourself about the haunted mansion.
I could go on and on about Epcot now but I'm afraid my post has gotten so long. The one thing I will tell you, my son's favorite parks, in order, are Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, and Animal Kingdom.
Whatever you do HAVE FUN!
