Probably the two bedroom villas would give you the most privacy. Put the kids in the second bedroom, two adult in the master bedroom and one in the living room (or sharing the second bedroom with the kids). All four of your choices have two bedroom villas at the DVC portion of the resort. But there are other DVC locations at WDW.
So, all the rooms you are looking at are Club level rooms? If so, they are all standard hotel rooms without much in the way of privacy barriers. The deluxe rooms (WL & BWI) are quite a bit larger and would allow more space to spread out. We recently stayed in the deluxe rooms at the BWI and it was phenomenal! This room would give you the most space, I believe, out of your options.
I wouldn't book Poly lagoon Club. I believe that it is a view of the bungalows. I would book Poly garden or TPV. JMHO, of course.
Privacy would require looking at DVC, one or two bedroom (as PP suggested) or perhaps a suite. All the resorts you mentioned offer suites with club access (pricey option, though).
Other less expensive suites would be the All Star suites or a suite at AoA. Or a cabin at FW would work for privacy as well.
