It’s interesting because the broker actually thought Riviera would be my highest likelihood resort. I wonder why they’d say that.

Maybe at 7 months, which is when any DVC owner can book at their non-home resort. And that’s a very tiny *maybe* because everyone will be scrambling to use their points to try out the newest resort.

But between 11-7 months only Riviera owners can book Riviera and there just won’t be too many of them putting their points up for rent, if any at all.
