Recommendations anyone?

We just booked a trip for this summer. We weren't planning on it, but the latest deal was too good to pass up. We're staying at Poly for 7 nights/ 8 days. This is our 6th trip (5th for the kids) and we've eaten at a lot of TS restaurants. I'd like to do something different this time around and would like to get some good recommendations. The kids are preteens.
We've eaten at the following TS:
Liberty Tree Tavern (character dinner)
Akershus (Princess breakfast)
Sci-Fi (D)
Chef MIckey's (B)
Crystal Palace (D - twice)
California Grill (D; just me and DH)
Donald's Breakfastasaurus at AK
San Angel Inn (D - twice)
Spoodles (D)
'Ohana (D - twice)
Hoop Dee Doo Musical Review (D)
1900 Park Fare (character dinner)
Whispering Canyon (D)
Coral Reef (D)
Le Cellier (D)
Garden Grill (character dinner)
Hollywood and Vine (Fantasmic Package)
Safari Celebration Dinner @ Tusker House (Grand Gathering package)

So, what are the must-eat TS places that we've missed. I'd rather not repeat anything. I want something different. I was thinking about Mickey Backyard BBQ and Cape May Cafe.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I have still to finish my meal reviews but we all agreed that our standout meal was our last night at the Wave at the Contemp. we had already eaten at the majority of the Signature Restaurants & this beat them all,although the Flying Fish was a close second!

How about BOMA and Chefs de France? There's also Yak n Yeti at AK that is fairly new.

What about 50's Primetime Cafe? That can be fun being picked on by the waiters.
