Recommendation Mid-Way Stop From Houston

We're driving from Houston to WDW in March. Looking for some recommendations on a nice, inexpensive, convenient place to stop mid-way the evening of our drive and then pick up the rest of the route the next morning. Any recommendations?

I'm leaning towards Tallahassee! Short trip the next morning, bulk of our driving done the day before.

We will be making this same drive the first week in March. We won't be leaving until mid afternoon. We are hoping that maybe we can make it to Pensacola the first part of the trip, get some sleep, and then drive the rest of the way in the morning.
