Recommendation for Tampa airport hotel for 5

We have a morning flight out of Tampa and need a hotel room that would sleep 5. Although I would love to just stay another night at Disney, we are actually coming from the Gulf coast, so it seems a little silly to drive past Tampa for a 1/2 non-park day at WDW. I would do it! My DH, not so much. Any positive experiences with a TPA hotel? And what would you do with a 1/2 day in the Tampa area. We will be coming off 2 weeks at the beach, and have a 4 year old as well as 2 older kids. I looked into Busch Gardens, but can't justify $600 for a 1/2 day.

We enjoyed the ~ Residence Inn ~ Marriott ~ TPA ~ *2 Bedroom*

After our ~ Treasure Island ~ Sunset Vistas ~ Beach Trip

We did Busch Gardens ~ one day before and one day after ~ our Beach Vacation.

We bought the ~ Buy One Get One ~ Day Free ~ BG Tickets ~ it was use 2nd day within 7 Days.

We stayed at Doubletree Suites which was close to the airport.

Embassy Suites near Busch Gardens was really nice when we stayed a couple of years ago.
We got it as an Express Deal on Priceline for $75/night
