We have ressies for BB on Xmas Eve. Anyone have any suggestions for a place on Xmas night?

Thanks to all :)

Mershell, how were you able to get ressies yesterday? The window just opened up online 25 minutes ago for Christmas Eve and pickings were slim for Blue Bayou.

Thanks!!

Never mind. Both days are now up and it was an issue with my party size. All is right in the universe now :)

Yeah, when I called yesterday morning around 6:30 AM, I was told the site was down. I have been trying and couldn't get in. At that point there were lots of choices. I just secured a reservation for Christmas night. The Pickens were much slimmer. There were no spots at Storytellers and Blue Bayou had only one late dining time left. I ended up with a 7:40 PM slot at Steakhouse 55. Christmas Day is definitely the more popular of both days. They had something called Mickey's Christmas dinner at PCH grill and I clicked on that and they told me I had to call so I don't know what the deal is with that.

Steakhouse 55 should still make for a lovely Christmas dinner! So exciting!

Thanks for the clarification! I was waiting and waiting and waiting to book meals in DL for the 24/25th (BB and Carnation) and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Stayed up until midnight hoping it would reset. It did and at 5:00 am both days were there. Phew!!

We ended up cancelling Steakhouse and going with Cafe Orleans. We were afraid that IF the park reached capacity, we might not get back in. I'm hoping the park won't be that crowded, but I didn't want to take the chance.

That was our thinking too! Better to be safe than sorry.

We got a ressie at BB and I can't wait!! I got sick last year on the first day of our trip and we had to cancel our BB ressie so hopefully DH will get to eat there again!
