Recommendation AAA agent?

I would like to book a package for WL for Dec 2008 with the AAA discount, but, last time we used them for a different trip(non disney) they really messed it up, so I dont want to take a chance with our local agent. Can anyone refer me to a good agent? I want to book asap, ty!

I just called this lady. I'm waiting for her to call me back. She said they had been flooded with calls and she was having trouble getting into the system. She sounded very confident, like she had done this once or twice. I feel very confident that if there's a discount available during that time, she'll know it.

I'm in Texas and was less than pleased with our local agents. I used one in South Carolina (), and had no issues whatsoever. My mother has also used the same agent and a very last minute trip, and it went off without a hitch.

She just called me back and I saved $360 after my local agent quoted me the same price as CRO. My local agent also told me that I could only get the AAA discount if I booked a room only.

I'm loving this lady.

I guess service must be back up. I can't wait to hear from her too. I did have a lot of options that I wanted checked though. (New Dining plan vs Premium - CSR vs WL - 2 adults vs 3)

+1 for another Michelle fan! We have used for 4 separate trips and she is positively wonderful. I keep meaning to contact her manager and tell that person that they should treat her like a queen. Anything I've needed she's been able to come through on, including a really difficult res for Ft. Wilderness campsite over Christmas in 2005.

We live in southeastern PA - our local AAA people are not good when it comes to Disney.

I have room only booked through my local agent and she knew I was waiting for rates/packages. She did not call me this morning to let me know rates are up or to discuss my options. I left her a voice mail about an hour and a half ago to tell her rates are up and to look at options with no call back or e-mail. Plus, when I went in to meet her, I knew way more than she did (thanks to my new DIS obsession!). She did not even know the names of all of the resorts!

wow I figured it was just me with the AAA agents. Ours here is central ohio are lousy. I can call 3 different offices and get three different prices for the same thing. We booked through them last year and boy was it a mess. We got our tickets about a week before we left and she had only booked our room for 3 of the 5 days and it got worse from there.

I am looking at going again this next year during spring break and definitely will not deal with the locals again. If anyone would care to share a good AAA agent through pm I would gladly appreciate it. I had figured I was just going to have to forego the discount.
